Ending hepatitis c;
it’s anything
but trivial...
It's often said that knowledge is power, but most of us know more about sport, geography, music and film than we know about hepatitis C.
Research shows that many people don't know what hepatitis is and, because it is often asymptomatic, many don't know that they have it until it causes liver damage.
The good news is that the cure for hep C is affordable, readily available and non-intrusive. In fact, treatment takes just 12 weeks on average.
Australia could become the first country in the world to eliminate hepatitis C. Now that's a world record worth striving for!
